Policies
Change of Appointment and Security Deposit Policy
At Brisbane Smile Centre, we strive to provide the best possible dental care to all our patients. To ensure that we can accommodate all our patients’ needs, we have a Change of Appointment and Security Deposit Policy in place.
Change of Appointment Policy: We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48-hours’ notice should you need to reschedule your dental visit. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for an available time. If you fail to provide at least 48-hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a fee for the missed appointment.
Security Deposit Policy: If you have cancelled or rescheduled an appointment with less than 48-hours’ notice in the past, we may require a security deposit when you book your next appointment. The deposit will be $70.00, and it will be used towards the cost of your appointment. The security deposit will be required at the time of booking, and the appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. If you fail to show up for your appointment, or if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48-hours’ notice, the security deposit will not be refunded.
Thank you for understanding and cooperation with our Change of Appointment and Security Deposit Policy. It helps us ensure that all of our patients receive the best possible dental care, and it allows us to better manage our schedule and resources.
New Patient Deposit Policy
At Brisbane Smile Centre, we require a deposit from all new patients to secure their initial appointment with us. The deposit amount it $70, and it will be applied towards the cost of your first visit.
The deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. We accept payment by credit card over the phone or in person at our clinic.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48-hours’ notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
Comprehensive Examination Policy for Cosmetic Dental Work
At Brisbane Smile Centre, we take pride in providing high-quality cosmetic dental treatment to our patients. To ensure that our patients receive the best possible care, we require a full comprehensive examination before any cosmetic treatment is done.
The comprehensive examination includes a thorough examination of your oral health, including your teeth, gums, facial muscles, and bite. We may also take X-rays or other diagnostics to evaluate the condition of your teeth and the underlying structure.
After the examination, we will discuss your treatment options and develop a personalized treatment plan based on your needs and goals. We will also discuss the risks and benefits of each treatment option and answer any questions you may have.
Please note that we require part payment for cosmetic treatments before the procedure is performed.
We believe that a comprehensive examination is essential for achieving the best possible cosmetic results and ensuring the long-term health of your teeth and gums. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our Comprehensive Examination Policy for Cosmetic Dental Work.
